Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
I loved the comfortable mattresses on the beds if we could have snuck one or two home we would have lol, the buffet was great breakfast and dinner, the court yard was so beautiful and relaxing and the new pool area was awesome.
The location is excellent! I travel a lot and this was the first time I stayed at the Plaza Inn. I was pleasantly surprised the rooms are a little dated but they are clean and comfortable. Also despite the highway being right there it was very quiet.
This location is HORRIBLE. I was asked at check in if we would like to see the two rooms that were available & that we could choose which one we wanted, I had never been asked to look at a room first, but figured since they offered and since my first impression wasn’t good, I had better. We only looked at one room, the floor was dirty, nonsmoking, smelled of cigarettes & marijuana. Needless to say, we went elsewhere. Country Inn had an open room for a comparable price and was clean. This Super 8 was disgusting.
I did not have the breakfast but I had dinner the night before and gave the chef a decent workout and he or she was fantastic and the wait staff was amazing.
The location just off 70 is great and easy to find if you're on a long cross-country drive. There's also a Burger King next door for the tired traveler to get a quick dinner.
The room was comfortable and quiet; the sounds of traffic were muted and didn't disturb me in the night. I had a little trouble with the door key card when I checked in, and the woman at the desk was helpful in re-coding it so I could get in.
And thank you for the cookie at the check in desk!
Room was clean , comfortable , peaceful. All essentials were supplied .
Endeavor employee Bill ,who worked the kitchen and served breakfast , did a Superior job ! Very social and kind person who appeared to enjoy his position and job with Endeavor Inn.
This in my opinion is a must quality in the hospitality business. Give this man his props and a raise. This made me feel appreciated and important as a guest .
And that is probably why I will probably return when I decide to vacation in Topeka.
