Loved the staff!!! The check-in man with the pink and black suit made the check-in entertaining and fun!!! The young girl bartender was nice and knew her liquor!!!
You get 2 FREE drinks during happy hour wit some salsa, chips, pretzels, and that pasta was chef’s kiss!!! The rooms were clean, HUGE, & smelled good…parking wasn’t a problem…we ate dinner at the restaurant…the waiter was nice…the food was delicious!!! When I say them wings was cooked wit luv!!! The salmon had some lemon drop balls…whoever made that decision need a raise!!!
10 - 15 minute walk to see a concert at the University. 2 really good restaurants (dinner and breakfast) directly behind the hotel. Free parking behind the hotel. Easy to get on/off the highway.
This place was perfect for our needs. We had tickets to a show and were able to just walk around the corner to get to the venue. It is a short walk to restaurants for dinner and breakfast the next morning with a lot of choices depending on your tastes and budget.
The room was quiet, clean and spacious. Staff was pleasant, forthcoming with information about the hotel, parking, walking and driving times to our venue and dinner reccomendations.
My sister and I stayed here for a night before an early flight out of SYR. The front desk person was warm and efficient, the ambiance and location were great, and the rooms very clean. Close to lots of restaurant choices for dinner and a quick jaunt on the highway to the airport. I like hotels that are unique, and this fit the bill. It was perfect for our needs and I'd make the same choice again.
Room and facilities were clean. Staff very helpful. Buffet breakfast offered on weekends good. Dinner choices were limited but tasty. The hotel waived a standard $15 parking fee, reportedly due to low occupancy.
Location was great. We drove down from Canada. The hotel was just off the interstate. Also, we went downtown Syracuse for dinner each night and it was an easy, 12-15mins walk. We had a pet and the park across the street was super useful. Our King Suite was nice and large for the 2 adults and dog. Staff was super kind. Also, 7 mins drive to Destiny mall.
