    The hotel is a beautiful vintage hotel that has retained its authenticity . It offers a restaurant that suits all needs - breakfast, lunch, dinner, two bars, coffee shop and all have excellent choices. The staff was friendly and efficient . The location can’t be beat. It is a short walk to the bay and and all its offerings yet far enough away for privacy . All at a reasonable rate. Can’t say enough about this place .

    Beds were comfortable. Location was superb. Morning staff were super nice, a skinny curled hair girl and a strong built (blonde?) lad. They were amazing.

    Loved the well stocked kitchen, everything we needed was there. Great huge back yard - we had 4 boys 11-14 with us who played endlessly there plus had a bbq dinner and enjoyed sitting around outdoor propane fire pit. Outside exceptional. Great having laundry facilities & supplies. Great wifi. Several areas recently renovated/redecorated.

    Pool was great as was the food. I got cheapest room in Avalon. It was Expensive for retro dreary decor due to St. Pete Grand Prix race. At check-in I was not informed of shuttle service therefore walked to dinner downtown.

    Close spot to downtown St Pete and right next to Three Birds Tavern for a quick walk to good food. The unit itself was beautiful and clean. Large bed and living space. Nice to have access to in unit washer and dryer as well. Jacuzzi in the small courtyard area with a grill as well (unfortunately did not get a chance to use either!). Would come and stay again!

    loved eating on site dinner and breakfast. out door was nice with a bar. Rooms are outdated, and very small. Small elevator, had to frequently use stairs for three flights. parking lot was challenging. location was very nice.

    Amazing place. The innkeepers Raymond and Jayson were wonderful hosts, they make you feel home <3. The manor is lovely, the room was beautiful. Breakfasts daily were fantastic. Highly recommend it!
