Room was a designer room it was beautiful the decor the colors were spot on and love the shower very spacious with all the diff soap and shampoo dispensers the wood floor throughout was soo nice over all it was very enjoyable the on line pictures were not deceiving which I was utterly surprised cause you usually don't get what you see on line..Everything was close by! Very cute, affordable and clean Inn. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Traveled with a small dog and having the dog park at the Inn was wonderful. Very short stay so did not get to use the pool however it looked nice. Room was clean and comfy. Shuttle from Inn to downtown is so appreciated. Great Place!

Little cozy inn with exceptional staff, snacks, breakfast, and amenities. The heated saltwater pool is awesome. I love that it's beach front, and the staff are like out of a hallmark movie! Chocolates and extras in the room upon arrival makes you feel fancy! 10/10!

Great location close to everything. Room was comfortable and clean. When we checked in Jess greeted us with enthusiasm. She was so helpful, friendly, and polite. She is definitely a huge asset to the Inn. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. We would recommend staying at this Inn. You will have a great stay.

There isn't any breakfast but the location was convenient to those who like to walk. It is an easy walk over the bridge into town and it's attractions for those okay with walking a bit. The room was clean. The desk clerk was friendly. There are restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner.

The location was close to a great restaurant which the front desk recommended. We had dinner at the Raintree and it was the best part of our stay in St. Augustine!!! The breakfast in the morning was substantial and there was a nice place to sit and enjoy it.

The room was clean, we enjoyed the pool and the gas fireplace area was a nice touch! It was a nice walk to the historic district. It was also in walking distance to the Village Inn for breakfast.

There is no better location than Hemingway House and Inn on Charlotte if downtown St. Augustine is your destination. Great value, quaint historic inn, excellent complimentary breakfast with table service, parking, and comfortable clean rooms.
