It is a very pleasant Motel. Modern and with a cozy feel because of the division in separate houses. Very clean and solid breakfast. The area is also quite silent at night even though it is right next to the freeway. Very comfy stay and exceptional price!

Loved the history and view from our hotel window. The woman at the front desk was very welcoming and thoughtfully let us keep our cheeses in her staff fridge. It was wonderful to have dinner just underneath where we were staying as well as visit the Tuesday night market across the street!
This contemporary inn is within walking distance of the historic Sonoma Plaza and near the Sonoma Valley wineries. A full breakfast and afternoon wine and hors d'oeuvres are served daily.

Good location
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Every time we travel in Sta Rosa, my husband always want me to book at Hampton inn and suites because he had a nice sleep and he likes the staff who is very friendly.
Nothing the room had no towels and when I went down stairs to ask for some I was basically ignored so I finally asked for some and didn't get any I had to go to dinner without a shower for dinner. Then was given pool towels when i asked again. The bed I slept in was aweful it had a dent in it. AAll in all it sucked!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
The location is great: Close to the Highway, but not on it. Nice lobby with a bar, a restaurant, pool tables and several armchairs to spend time in comfort. The swimming pool and the workout room were nice, clean and easy to access. The restaurant and its staff were excellent for breakfast and dinners.
The staff was friendly, beginning with a question about early check-in days before booking the room. We used the shuttle to get to our destination and back to the hotel and the driver was safe and kind. The cocktail hour and Bistro was a great time.
Charges a deposit and has that nowhere under information for the hotel online. So when I got there to pay and checkin it was a surprise. Then when I decided not to stay there as a result told me I’d have to get my refund through booking.com. It dosent seem I was charged but not a good first experience. Shouldn’t be charging customers a deposit if information isn’t being presented to the customer in the beginning.
Staff got me a lite sleeper room on the 4th floor as I am extremely sound sensitive. Lots of points for that assist.
Bed very comfortable. No squeaks or rattles thank goodness. Loved the sofa/TV mini-suite between the hall and the bed. Helped with sound control.
Classy design of the hotel was fun. Not cheap though.
Tasty dinner in stylish lobby cafe.. Great waiter. Fun to watch Warriors bball while dining. Reasonable prices.
Conveniently located off the highway.
Bonus: though we weren't specifically looking for the Black Bear Diner, it was at the other side of the highway.
Nearby Sonoma Valley vineyards!
Clean comfortable rooms. Microwave and refrigerator. I usually stay with a Choice Hotel, (Quality Inn, Comfort Inn), Rodeway Inn can be hit or miss. This one is good.
This was our third stay at this location...very happy. The rooms are great...clean, modern and comfortable. The location is great, close to the freeway and shopping. But if you need to eat just stay, because the restaurant has great food. We had dinner and breakfast there and were more than satisfied. All the staff are pleasant and very helpful. Thank you Jeremy and Marisal, very professional and kind!!
