    Literally nothing was good about it the place was nasty had someone’s else’s hair all in the tub in the bed it was totally disgusting and the staff are so rude literally gives racist THEN they messed up my room key purposely and NOT ONLY THAT BUT THEN AFTER MY STAY TRIED TO CHARGE MY CARD AGAINN FULL CHARGE FOR 2 nights

    What a beautiful hotel! We loved our corner suite! The views were amazing, the room was clean and luxurious, the free breakfast was great (and made to order) and the free dinner reception was a nice perk. The restaurant had great food. It was also great that the hotel was so close to the Children's Museum and the Natural History Museum (both of which were amazing!).

    Bed very comfy. Staff was very nice like they were happy to be there. Breakfast was HOT and plenty of options. They took a letter and mailed it for me. We stayed 2nights. Located right next to Tavern on Clark. We could have walked there. We went for dinner and it was very good. I worked from hotel room one day and wifi was very reliable. Chair was comfy.
