Beautifully restored property with a lovely classic feel to it. We stayed in the third floor ‘honeymoon suite’ which had a large bedroom and a lovely bathroom with a huge shower and a roll top bath. Lots of little extras included. Central location with good parking. Something a little bit special.

The best hotel in town. Very easy to locate, right across the street of the ocean, staff were the best, parking available on site, very clean, room was perfect, bed was so comfortable, A/C working very well, room was equipped with everything you need, loved our stay! Our room #15 had a view to the ocean when sitting on the patio. There's nothing bad to say about this place!

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Breakfast was fantastic - lots of options, good coffee, hot food. It was too cold to swim but the pool looked lovely. Desk staff helpful in pointing us to dinner at the roundabout diner, which was very good.
The Inn was a great value with cleanliness and that’s what we were looking for from a trip back from
Maine . Just a stop to see Portsmouth and the location was perfect to downtown area . Great stores , restaurants and entertainment .
The inn exceeded my expectation and I would stay there again. Great place to stay and the owners were very helpful. If you find yourself in the area stay here you want be disappointed. I can say enough good about the place it was perfect.
Cindy at the front desk was super welcoming, helpful and gave great recommendations for dinner. She made sure we had everything we needed and even followed up. We will be back!
Located in a beautifully restored building from the 1700s, this inn is lovely. Although the check in and out process is automated, with no people directly involved, it worked well. We met the owner as we were leaving and he was very pleasant.
Awesome little community lounge. Really neat draft hot and cold coffee station. Complimentary baskets of goods and supplies and snacks. Also the self check in is the easiest.
And the Inn is located in a historical building that also hosts a theater/showroom venue.
Location unbeatable. Stylish and very user-friendly. Combined the best of a large four-star with the intimacy of an inn, and it was easy to feel at home. Very clean, lovely.
