This is a beautiful hotel! The rooms were exceptionally clean and the room we got allocated was really large with a lovely outdoor seating area in the front. You couldn't get closer to the beach, the parking was very handy too. The bar is also in the perfect spot for an evening drink with the fire pits too

Very charming, cosy place to stay with a rustic/retro vibe. It’s clear they have thought about your needs and have put a lot of care into making it comfortable and welcoming for guests. A quick walk got us delicious Mexican food at Zorro’s, and the ocean is also easily reached on foot.

Really impressed with the property. Short walk from the beach. Didn't use the pool as was full of children! Loved the afternoon cookies that were provided. Apartment was clean and tidy. Really old air conditioner but it worked and wasn't too noisy so all good! Beds comfy. Bathroom clean and shower was good. Brilliant location for a stroll into town and the fabulous Cinnamon Rolls!

I love how close it is to the beach. It’s like a couple minutes to the water. You’re steps away from Splash cafe, a well known restaurant with award winning clam chowder. I love staying at this location. It is Motel 6 but we spend a majority of the time outdoors enjoying the shops and sunbathing.

It was close to the beach and within walking distance to a lot. The hotel was affordable and clean and the guy at the counter was very nice and gave us dinner recommendations.

Even though we were only able to stay one night, the room itself was clean and comfortable. We had a car accident from hitting a raccoon on the drive to the inn and had small parts of our car dragging on the ground. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us when we needed an extension on our check-out time to sort things out with insurance and provided any tools we needed to keep the car parts together.

The Edgewater Inn and Suites is nicely located close to down town Pismo and steps from beach access. The extra effort to make our stay enjoyable was outstanding, such as, tasty breakfast treats, text communication from office, speedy service on fixing our screen slider, and extra blanket.

Shell Beach Inn is a hidden gem, it is located not far from downtown pismo. The room decor is beautiful down to the fine touches of making sure there is ice in the room upon arrival. This is definitely our go to spot to stay prices are always reasonable and the owner is very friendly and accommodating.
