Location, Location, Location! This property is across the street from "The Hole in the Wall Beach" and Niantic's Boardwalk, one of the longest boardwalks in CT over 1 mile long. Niantic is a small seaside New England Village that has all the charm without the traffic. Gift shops, a myriad of 5 Star restaurants, bookstore, bike shops, bakeries, their own playhouse for live performances, children's museum, parks and hiking trails.

We loved everything here, the only thing we regretted is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Everything was lovely. I was very happy that I chose Sleep Inn. Room was clean and quiet, bed and pillows were very, very comfortable. Breakfast was beyond adequate, many more choices than expected, the unlimited coffee was delicious and made my morning most comfortable. Staff was very welcoming and even met other friendly travelers over breakfast. Beach and a variety of restaurants all close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location, gorgeous view from our lovely room. Breakfast was yummy and the staff were friendly and amazing. The oatmeal raisin cookies in the lobby were to die for and the cheese and crackers in the afternoon were a wonderful touch. All in all I highly recommend this Inn.

The Niantic Inn was spotless! Everything was so clean, and, as we were there in January (2024), housekeeping went in prior to arrival to turn the heat on for us. Marianne, the new owner, could not have been nicer. There was also a little welcome bag for us when we checked in with bottles of water and snacks. Truly, we could not have asked for a better place to take our overnight getaway. Highly highly recommend!!!!

We came for a shorter trip as normally we go up to Maine his time of year. Being from CT we wanted to find a little coastal town to celebrate my birthday. The Inn keeper was very pleasant and offered up several places to eat. She allowed us to check in a hour early which was nice so we could go and explore as to what the town had to offer while it was still sunny out. The room was fairly large that came with a full sized refrigerator which was pleasant to see.

Very cute and quaint inn--we kept saying that it was a gem that exceeded our expectations. The extra touches like the evening cookies and the excellent breakfast made this a delight.

We come to Niantic annually from New York. The Niantic Inn is a favorite for us, as it is conveniently located and reasonably priced. This stay was even better than the last - our room was updated and the staff was absolutely wonderful. Carlos and Stacy went above and beyond (it was also my birthday); their warm welcome and thoughtfulness will not be forgotten. Thank you again!
