I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in many ways. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the staff, who were extremely kind and attentive. The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring that we had restful nights during our stay. It’s clear that the hotel takes great care in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of their rooms, which we greatly appreciated.
If I had to mention one minor drawback, it would be the size of the room, which was a bit on the small side. However, the coziness and the overall comfort made up for it, so it didn’t impact our stay too much.
We also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, and while the service was excellent, the menu didn’t quite meet our expectations. We were hoping for a bit more variety or something that stood out, but unfortunately, it fell a little short of what we had hoped for.
On a positive note, the breakfast was fantastic. It was very well-curated, offering a complete and healthy selection that catered to a variety of tastes. We appreciated the attention to detail and the fresh, nutritious options available, which made for a great start to our day.
Overall, despite the small room and the dinner experience, our stay was wonderful, largely due to the fantastic service, the comfortable accommodations, and the excellent breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming place to stay, and I would gladly return in the future.

The location was perfect. Parked the car upon arrival and never had to use it once.
Enjoyed a short walk to a favorite tavern, restaurant and the show at The Garde Arts Center. New London is a great walking city.
Check-in with Jake was very fast and efficient, and when we saw him a bit later, he inquired if everything was what we expected.
The pool was very nice and showeres and towels were included.
The roll-in shower was much appreciated.
Although it was located in the center of town, the Inn was easy to find and had good parking.
We were a little disappointed with breakfast for lack of vegan choices like fruit. We've seen better breakfast selections at other comparable hotels or inns. Since we stayed over the Christmas weekend, a little more festive spread would have been welcome.
