Clara was so helpful from the beginning. After booking she was already sending sms to preparate everything and give instructions. On arrival, the room was at perfect temperature and absolutely clean/organized. Even the amount of water bottles from the fridge was very generous. I recommend it to anybody for perfect room, location and host.

Airport shuttle available but be patient. You need to call hotel so they are aware which door you arrived to. Next to bus stops to shopping malls and downtown. Swimming pool is quite nice. Restaurant a good option for breakfast and dinner. Young lady at restaurant so friendly and helpfullCoffee and water available 24 hrs.

The hotel was more than I expected. Justin Ramirez was extremely helpful. The staff was very friendly and amazing. Hr breakfast was delicious, not continental. We ate in the Restaurant for dinner the food was very tasty and well seasoned. I highly recommend it, it was literally across the street from the Mall. This was a shopping trip and it was well worth it. I'll definitely go again.

Everything! We felt like being at home. My granddaughters loved the bedrooms and bathrooms. We were able to cook and do laundry. I loved having my morning coffee out on the patio, enjoying the view of the water. The girls ate breakfast and dinner on the patio. I highly recommend if you have children.

I liked the location. The fact that it was so close to Dolphin Mall was a bonus. The breakfast was good. No complaints. Had dinner at the restaurant and the food was quite good and well presented.

Very clean and well-appointed room in a nice tranquil Mimi inner suburb. If you like to walk, its 15 minutes into the CBD and about the same in the opposite direction to the middle of Little Havanah.

Location is absolutely fantastic. CocoWalk, Milam's Market, Metro station, Dinner Key, Berries in the Grove are all within 10 minutes walk. Apartment was very clean with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of linen. I stayed here for two weeks and couldn't really fault it. Also great value for money given the area.

Never had breakfast wasn't sure about where or the hours. Most accommodating Innkeeper and he came to the room to assist with TV. Upon leaving another end keeper asked how our stay was and very concerned it was very hospitable
