Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
We showed up past closing check in hours, and accidentally invaded the groundskeeper’s(?) front porch at like midnight, and she still treated us all with kindness and checked us in. She was amazing and patient, so thankful for her!
Awesome clean room with a super cozy ‘Inn’ vibe, AC worked great, very quiet and comfortable rooms, incredibly accommodating staff, well stocked rooms and great location walking distance from a gas station. Absolutely would stay again.
The Yellowstone River Inn was conveniently located right off the freeway and close to several forever stores. The breakfast had a decent selection of foods. The bed was comfortable and the toiletries were gentle on skin.
We were blown away by the quality of our stay in Livingston Inn! Very comfortable beds, generous space in the room, the pull out bed had high quality mattress and bedding was so clean and comfortable! We loved how quiet it was at night, everything, to the smallest detail was designed to please the customer. We stayed as a large family and we all absolutely loved it! It’s apparent that owner put her heart into this.
beautiful location, the tent were very comfortable and design. The staff extremely helpful and friendly. The outdoors along the river for breakfast and dinner under the sky around the fire were a great memory.
Small, older room at a "motor inn". Room had everything needed (including a fridge). Its basic but clean and a good value. Close, but not really walkable to town (5 min drive). If you're looking for a good value, close to town this is it.
We loved this place! The setting is spectacular, the accommodations are comfortable, well-equipped and charming. The guest house is on a property with horses, chickens and wildlife (deer, moose, etc). We liked the combination of nature and hiking trails with proximity (15 minutes) to Livingston. This was a 10!
When booking this hotel, I was traveling from Minnesota to Spokane, Wa. My son (15) was with me and we were both exhausted. While going through the mountains my phone service was nonexistent and did not get the message in time and by the time we reached Livingston I had a message from the hotel saying they cancelled our room. This should NOT have happened as it was paid with an Affirm credit card! Very dissatisfied.
