    Such a cute historic hotel. We were on the 2nd floor and super convenient to have the pool, laundry, and game room on the 2nd floor with us. We had a nice big room with living room. Breakfast was great and loved the real Roosevelt Inn coffee mugs instead of paper cups.

    Before we left our home in Kansas City I had made a couple of phone calls to the staff at Roosevelt Inn for questions. I immediately got good vibes that our stay there was going to be great. It was a wholesome experience all the way through.

    The location is great. It is just far enough off the main street. We got a room with a mountain view. You can't see all of Mt Rushmore but it's worth getting a mountain view room so you can enjoy the private balcony not looking at the parking lot! The staff was exceptionally friendly. We ate dinner in the Pub on the property. The food was delicious!

    I was shocked after talking to an associate on the morning of my arrival, that I was not informed that I would be staying in a different hotel! After driving 8+ hours to get there, it took me a hot minute to see the notice on the door that said to go to the Ramada Inn. The Ramada Inn was very nice.

    I have stayed at many hotels that provide a continental breakfast service. The breakfast provided was absolutely wonderful: varied choices, hot, and tasty. June, the kitchen manager was on top of it all. The rapport that she established with her customers via her service was exceptional. I hope that management realizes that folks that return to Comfort Inn will no doubt do so, largely on account of June and her dedication to quality! Thanks June!

    Staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was good, 24 hour tea and coffee facilities available, and the complimentary breakfast was good. For anyone visiting the area, the Roosevelt Inn is well worth checking in to. (And take a drive on Iron Mountain road)

    This is a nice, quaint building; the staff (Reva, Brandon, Ashley and others) made it an exceptional hotel. Aside from being friendly, they helped when our car needed repair, and with a dietary need at breakfast. It is a newer building, good location, great breakfast. A clean, well-lighted place. I will recommend this inn to anyone I know visiting or passing through the area. Thank you for exceptional service and a pleasant stay.

    The staff was exceptionally nice. I loved staying there and I have a feeling of wanting to go back to Mt. Rushmore permanently. Comfort Inn is the place to be. <3 I loved every single thing about it. From breakfast to housekeeping to frontdesk staff. All are exceptional. Highly recommend it. The breakfast lady is super sweet and so is John the frontdesk person and Cassie the hotel manager.
