We enjoyed the Customer Service experience we received from Latoya King. She was very informative told where to get great soul food and noted that you also had a dining area onsite. We which we did have dinner. Jeanne who waited on us at dinner was very nice and courteous. We had a great time at dinner sitting outside overlooking the water-view. Great experience all around. Please make sure Latoya’s supervisor Katie Vandersluis gets our message regarding her professionalism as well as Jeanne’s supervisor. We will be back!

Comfortable place to stay for a night. Laundry available onsite. Good breakfast options. Walking distance to lots of food places for dinner/lunch options. We had a lovely view of trees out the window. Free Parking onsite.

Great location in downtown Jacksonville, within walking distance to many attractions. The lobby is pretty and modern. Valet parking is convenient and the valet staff are very friendly. The waiter, Huso, at The Tavern was very friendly, attentive, and made some great recommendations for our dinner.

I liked The Tavern restaurant located in the lobby. My family & I had dinner there after a long day, and it exceeded our expectations. The customer service, waiter, and food was simply amazing.
