The Quality Inn hotel is located in a commercial area, just one mile from Union University. This Jackson, TN hotel is minutes from Cypress Grove Nature Park, the Carl Perkins Civic Center, the Oman Arena, Lambuth University and Casey Jones Village, offering a train shop, museum, several stores and an amphitheater.

Customer service was fantastic & the staff was very helpful. I will be booking with this hotel again in the future !! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE & FRIENDLY STAFF !

    Country inn suites jackson is the worse hotel I’ve stayed at, I’m looking in to reporting to state or corporate. The manager and working was rude and disrespectful. The ceiling was apart. Big poles in front of my quite my son hit his head on the door because of the poles. My room was vey dirty. Almost 400 for my stay to be horrible and dirty

    The room was a good size with 2 queen beds which were very comfortable. Everything else was great. It was clean and had the usual small soaps, shampoos etc.... I will definitely stay at more Red Roof inns!

    King suite was an like a studio apartment with sofa, a bar and barstools, mini fridge, sink, microwave, rain shower head, big screen tv, and desk. Paid for hot breakfast buffet at time of reservation over the free continental breakfast. Everything was good. Eggs 2 ways, bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, fresh grapes and sliced strawberries and great coffee! The restaurant had booths and served dinner as well. Location was a qtr mile or so off I-40 but tucked away and quiet.

    room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful heat working good and hot water is good I stay this property when I travel from Texas it’s good place to stay here I am choice member so Rodeway inn is best stay for one night I want tell you here for breakfast boiled egg , juice and fruit and hot coffee grab and drive

    Pool was closed, Breakfast poor, Clean, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, had microwave & fridge, but no coffee maker in room. I would certainly stay again for money value. Safe convenient location, close to many restaurants, and Walmart. As a family as long as clean baths, great beds, and safe location with great value it’s a winner!
