Excellent costumer service from the time you walked in the door, to the food service, and housekeeping. The hotel was very clean (including the dining area - the breakfast and “dinnner” was delicious) the beds were very comfortable.
Location is the main attraction for us. We stayed there before, when it was Battleground Inn. It is just a few blocks from our Son's home. Very convenient.
