Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
A lovely step back in time, this place has charm! Beds were comfortable, room was spacious and clean. Light continental breakfast was as expected. Definitely a family friendly motor inn.
The Glass House Inn was a great place to stay while we visited Lake Erie. The rooms were more spacious than I expected. They were also very clean and maintained. The beds were very comfortable as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They truly cared about our stay and making us feel welcome. They are located only minutes from the Lake and other attractions. I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Lake Erie,
The hotel was convenient to what we were doing. It was also close to the casino where we had a delicious and comfortable dinner.

The continental breakfast was very nice, Cereal, muffins, waffles. Coffee, tea and fruit.
Booked the room got all the way to Erie from Pittsburgh to be told they were overbooked I didn’t have a room!!!! Someone could’ve notified me!!! When they realized they were overbooked. But they did however take the money for the room out of my account. Now I am fighting to get my money back for a room I never got!!!! Terrible service never ever will I stay at a red roof inn again!!!
This has to be the cleanest and nicest motel I have ever stayed at and I travel A LOT! The staff were amazing and very helpful. It is located right by a few restaurants so it was super easy to grab lunch and dinner.
As a frequent guest at this particular property, I am usually well satisfied. It's a no frills motel, however it's very well run, and the guest rooms are nicely kept up.The front desk staff are very pleasant, and greet you with a smile. It has all the amenities, that most travelers need for one, or more days. The location makes it, about a 10 minute drive, in to the city and waterfront.There are multiple other hotel choices in the area, however this Red Roof Inn is certainly worth considering.
Everything…..new, great accommodation, friendly staff, amazing breakfast. They serve dinner too, order off a menu and they serve it to you. Nice change from the buffet, good portions too. Would recommend this hotel, check that breakfast is included, as there’s an extra charge if it’s not on your booking.
