Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Sence the recent change in ownership, the new beachside inn have been working hard on some much need improvements. We were very pleased with are stay, they are doing a fantastic job. Management and staff
were incredible, room was clean, good location
The lodge was right on the shoreline; every room had a window to the sea. There was only grass and sand between the lodge and the water. The dinner we selected was excellent. The View was wonderful. Nice size bathroom.
Room was very clean and it met all expectations. The view was good, towels were soft and bed VERY comfortable. I would stay at Ocean View Inn again. I did not eat the breakfast but it must have been good as the eating area was full when I walked by.
Spacious room/bathroom, clean, nicely updated, large windows with a beach view. We really liked having a little dinning area to eat with the beach view. Pet friendly!
We were able to take our Labrador retriever. Most hotels only let you take small dogs. there was a nice grass patch for my dog to do her business. Also, our dog lost her toenail at the dog park and was bleeding from her paw during our stay. But it was okay as the floor was hard surface so we were able to wipe it away no problem. You never know what's going to happen when you take Lulu! but this hotel made it worry free. Thanks Anchor Beach Inn
We originally booked because it said there was a trail that started right by it, and a cafe that also serves drinks. Turns out, the "trail" was only .8 miles long and the cafe is only open for dinner on the weekend. They have a cute little firepit outside tho, and the dogs were very happy with the big grassy area. Cute little place to rest our heads for the evening. ;)
