Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Warm welcome from Ruth at checkin always a good impression , we were there late winter so not to many guests so very quiet , rooms were spacious and had all that we needed breakfast the next day was a good start , showers good , beds comfy and I was amazed at the deal offered , check inn was easy as was the out bound staff all seemed friendly a smile costs nothing but has a big effect .
Our company Rock City Mechanical use Great Smokies Inn for our out of town employees who come to work on the new long term center next to the Cherokee hospital. Christy the manager always makes sure our employees are welcomed with a smile and great customer service! We appreciate their hospitality and great service.
Very friendly staff and the rates were very affordable. The entire facility, including the room, was clean, had lots of lighting and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is to use a different type of shampoo but that's just a personal preference. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Great Smokies Inn.
The personnel at the Cherokee Inn were very friendly and helpful. When my husband was having a hypotensive episode, the front desk staff came to our rescue, bringing a chair for him to sit in.
Very clean nice room, shower was awful no pressure , cheap broken shower head, breakfast was coffee juice muffins , (not good ones at that)
Room for 4 only 2 bath towels,
Stayed at a red roof inn half the price better amenities
The room was very nice. We stayed here a number of years ago and that’s one reason we chose the Great Smokies Inn. The location was great and the room was exceptional. Will definitely stay here again.
Location was great didn't get to eat breakfast or lunch. Did eat at Guy's place
for dinner. Was a little disappointed in food. Was not same quality as his Vegas place. Service was great
