The Lodge Nantahala River, inn in Bryson City

All rooms at the inn are fitted with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a kitchenette and a dining area. The private bathroom is fitted with a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. At The Lodge Nantahala River the rooms come with bed linen and towels.

This is a true gem, blew our expectations as the location is fabulous, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with everything you need and the outside barbecue facilities are really cool. Would recommend 10/10.

    This is an older property. However it is well maintained. The bed is comfortable. Great location. ( can walk to the Great Smokey Mountain train. Just an FYI if you buy your tickets online you MUST select a parking spot. The train refunded me with No problem). Inn keepers helpful and courteous. A great value. I would stay again.

    It was absolutely beautiful! A garden between buildings with a pond stocked with koi and water lillies and a rotunda with a fire pit. A place to play corn hole. The whole inn sits above the town with a great view of the smoky mountains. Breakfast is provided, which was excellent. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. I can’t say enough, just exceptional!

    McKinley Edwards Inn is a wonderful place to stay. Our room was spacious, extremely comfortable and beautifully appointed. The breakfast buffet has a good range of choice and the hot option varies each day. The owner is very pleasant and welcoming and we had a great stay. Bryson City is a convenient location for exploring the Smokies, and the Blue Ridge Parkway, as well as the activities offered in Nantahala, Fontana, and Deep Creek. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

    The breakfast was good and was served in a friendly manner. The innkeeper was very polite and accommodating. He changed us to a downstairs room when he saw my husband was handicapped.

    I love how the hotel was on the river bank and was able to park right in front of the room. The room was bigger was expected and the bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed how the shower had amazing water pressure compare to the "Quality Inn" hotel I said in the night before. The owner was very friendly and allowed me to work on my Jeep since it was the main reason why I had to get a hotel for the night.

    We loved the entire property. The hot tub was relaxing. The fireplace set the mood for a late movie with some leftovers from dinner. The whole place was just a mood.
