It was real simple.... But very clean and practical. We got a disability access room, with a role-in shower.... Very accessible! There was plenty of parking and other accoutrements nearby. The desk clerk and the monitor at the kitchen/breakfast in the morning were particularly friendly.

The receptionist was very polite. She did her job very well. Upon completing my check-in she gave me an amazing smile and said have a good night. I tend to notice everything about people and I noticed as I walked away the pleasant aroma she possessed and that she kept her eyes on me all the way to the door to make sure I was ok with carrying my belongings. I hope she will be working next time I stay there so I can ask her out to dinner and maybe.... Kevin J Lang

It was about the "Customer Service" that we received, it was "Exceptional", and I did bring this to the attendant when I checked-out! My wife and I, will be returning to Anderson, and re-acquire the services of "Residence Inn by Marriott Anderson Clemson"

Nothing was good. The staff was outside smoking when I got there. When she finally came in I asked how was it there if it was as sketchy as it looked outside, she told Me no. I explained that I got the rooms for me and my kids to enjoy the pool since the lake was so packed for the fourth of July. She told me that me and the kids would enjoy ourselves. I checked in at 3. I left and went and got dinner got my kids and came back at 630pm. We checked out by 8pm.... disgusting.

Country Inn by Radisson is an exceptional hotel, the staff from General Manager Matthew, to all staff are very friendly, goes the extra mile for the guest and pets , will make your staff exceptional. The hotel is very, very clean which the staff makes the hotel very clean. Your do get a "hot breakfast" to start your day in a very nice country setting dining area.... everything was great. Clean hotel, room. bathroom was big and lots of lighting. loved the shower. it was big and had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel hanging in the shower. The bed was very comfortable and great pillows. staff was very friendly. Great breakfast. Those cinnamon rolls were delicious. we will definitely be back when we visit our son at Clemson. thank you

The exterior of the motel is shinning with blue and green light.but the quilt has more than three hole that made by ciga.fridge and microwave original color is white.but they are light yello color now.when will you replace them?lol
