I booked a non smoking room at the beginning of June and paid for in full at the time of booking. We traveled 2 hours just to be told, “we know you booked a non smoking room but we all sold out and the only thing we can offer you is a smoking room. I specifically booked non smoking because of our son’s allergies….. I absolutely didn’t like anything about the property!!!
The receptionist was very polite. She did her job very well. Upon completing my check-in she gave me an amazing smile and said have a good night. I tend to notice everything about people and I noticed as I walked away the pleasant aroma she possessed and that she kept her eyes on me all the way to the door to make sure I was ok with carrying my belongings. I hope she will be working next time I stay there so I can ask her out to dinner and maybe.... Kevin J Lang
Baymont inn and suites is absolutely Amazing the staff is the best ever and it's more than peaceful and comfortable being here. I will stay here only from now on, this is my 5th time staying this year.
It was about the "Customer Service" that we received, it was "Exceptional", and I did bring this to the attendant when I checked-out!
My wife and I, will be returning to Anderson, and re-acquire the services of "Residence Inn by Marriott Anderson Clemson"
Nothing was good. The staff was outside smoking when I got there. When she finally came in I asked how was it there if it was as sketchy as it looked outside, she told Me no. I explained that I got the rooms for me and my kids to enjoy the pool since the lake was so packed for the fourth of July. She told me that me and the kids would enjoy ourselves. I checked in at 3. I left and went and got dinner got my kids and came back at 630pm. We checked out by 8pm.... disgusting.
Country Inn by Radisson is an exceptional hotel, the staff from General Manager Matthew, to all staff are very friendly, goes the extra mile for the guest and pets , will make your staff exceptional. The hotel is very, very clean which the staff makes
the hotel very clean. Your do get a "hot breakfast" to start your day in a very nice country setting dining area....
When your in Anderson, SC this hotel is the place to stay. You will enjoy your stay...
