We have room with balcony with the best possible view of Pamukale. Really magic to wake up in the morning and see white clifs of Pamukale. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. We have brakfast and dinner on premises and the food was very good.
It is a family owned hotel. The stuff is friendly and helpful. We asked 2 times to be given a ride and they took us to the places we asked. They charged us like the local taxi and told us from the beginning. The room and bathroom were clean.
The staff was very helpful. We checked in very late and although the kitchen was already closed the hotel prepared dinner for us. Also they helped us with a flat tire. They called a mechanic and arranged everything for us. Perfect experience.
