Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
It is very close to Masjid AlHaram just 5-10 minutes. There is 2 minutes of slope upwards. Considering its walking distance and its price I think it was a great deal.
Also the facilities were very good. The room was very clean, shower etc was nice. Reception allowed me to do early checkin, I appreciated a lot because I was very tired and coming from very long way.
There was no dinner at this time, but breakfast was with enough options. All in all I am happy to stay there and I could stay again.
The staff were incredibly they did their best and tried to resolve any situations or problems that came up, the gentleman at the front desk who upgraded my room for free was the pinnacle of that and his customer service was second to none.
The beds were extremely comfortable and the price was very very good. They have a very good shuttle bus too.
I came with my parents and my sisters for umrah. We stayed in the presidential suite AKA ‘Amir suite’. I must say the panoramic view was amazing. The breakfast, the tea time and dinner was superb. This was my second time here. Will definitely visit again InshaaAllah
I adore the hotel and its food, as well as its larger, immaculate rooms and prime location. Bus services run around the clock, and it takes less than five minutes to walk to the mosque haram. The personnel are polite and really skilled. Makkah's finnest hotel
I liked my check in process and the stuff who checked me in, I even arrived three hours early and they checked me in. The rooms were so big and the style was well organized and the bed was so comfortable. I liked the quality of the dinner. The breakfast had a lot of variety and the quality was perfect and the stuff were perfect especially the one at the sweets section. I liked that it's so close to harm just a few minutes by walking.
There's simply no better option: a prime location just a two-minute walk from the Haram, outstanding service from beginning to end, a reception team that goes above and beyond, and a breakfast that's good too
