This hotel is a wonderful place operated by outstandingly friendly people. We really felt welcomed and appreciated. The garden is beautiful and the atmosphere in the garden is fantastic due to plants, swing, pool and especially as the wall to the old city is directly next to the hotel. We had a small 3 bed room which was very clean / well maintained and especially the historic doors and local appearance made it a really great place to stay. Absolutely recommended to stay here when you go to Nizwa and want to experience the local vibe and get in touch with local people.

Close to Nizwa old center, 15 minute walk by a quite street with taylor shop and mosques. It's a beautiful big omanite home with 4 rooms for guest a quite garden with a warm swimming pool. You can find private parking spaces ( we have a big suv and we park without problem) a big kitchen if you want to have your dinner by yourself and a large sofa area to relax. The owner is kind and send you all you need by wathapp before arrive and give you info about sorronding areas. Stay here far from Niwza traffic in a silent green area.

Nizwa Heritage Inn is located in the perfect area with easy access to all the touristy spots. There is private parking, which was a bonus. The rooms are beautiful, and if you are looking to stay in a traditional yet comfortable space this is it. Due to its proximity to the major tourist spots there is a bustle in the area, so you will hear the world as it goes on around you, but I feel that this is part of the experience - especially if you are going to visit for the Friday 'souq' experience.

Beautiful place, great location. Lovely people, good breakfast. Parking is key. Really liked Nizwa, lovely soukh and the fort is well worth going to and had some hidden treasures. Feeding some bunnies, deer and oryx (maha) at the back was fun and a really interesting museum and local food. Bustan Inn had a lot of character.

Location great, 2mins walk to Nizwa Fort & Nizwa Souq Friendly and helpful staff, feel extremely welcomed Free parking in front of, but super tight narrow road with unclear signs, unfriendly for big car or new license ( ps there’s Nizwa souq parking around seems more convenient ) Our stay with the outside private bathroom it was OK, limited space but very stylish decorated. We had breakfast and charged also for dinner, it served by local food, nice delicious but could be even better if more options.

This 3 bedroom guest house is set on the edge of the Jebel Shams canyon, just above the start of the W6 balcony walk. The view is stupendous from the 2 front rooms. The room is value for money. The addition of an outdoor chair from which to admire the view was welcome. It had a good range of English language TV channels which was welcome. The set dinner was delicious with a variety of dishes and the breakfast was good too. The bed was very comfortable. Our host Mossan could not do enough for us: he was extremely helpful and obliging.
