At the inn, all rooms include a balcony with a garden view. Rooms come with a private bathroom with a bidet, free toiletries and a hairdryer. At Bait Baityn بيت البيتين rooms have bed linen and towels.

The hotel is just exceptional, immersed in the old town, For us, the most important part was it is pet friendly and they received our dog with a lot of kindness and respect. Thank you very much and see you next time.

It was one of the best experience during our 14 days trip over Oman. Hamsa is really good guy. He offers us very good and cheap dinner. We talked a lot about Oman culture.

Nice location but difficult access, especially that we had rain over our stay and could not really enjoy the view from the hotel. But staff and dinner were great.

Nice place with garden and pool, near to the old part of Al Hamra. The person that runs the place, Hamza, was kind and welcoming. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful and it was really nice to have it in the garden. We also had dinner at the place in the first night and it was good and very inexpensive.

The host and staff were very friendly and nice. Room is spacious. Both room and bathroom were clean with just few issues. I had homemade dinner, which was very good. Breakfast was good, nothing special, but fine. Wifi worked well (in the evening at least). Area is very scenic with a rustic charm.

wonderfully built in old historic family house. lot of rustic Charme! nothing better to get an idea of how people lived here during last centuries. it wasn’t altered too much so prepare to hear noises from inside the hotel and the road as well. but that shouldn’t put you off, it’s just a perfect stay. dinner was very nice and affordable (3 OR pP)

Had a lovely stay for 2 nights. Located within palm trees and amazing views into the valley. The hosts were very friendly and breakfast as well as dinner delicious. I would recommend travelling lightly (no trolley) as its a ~10min partly steep walk from the parking area. There are beautiful pathways for hikes/walks directly from the guest house. I would definitely recommend staying here.
