CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT...FOOD WAS DELICIOUS AWESOME COOK!!!. LOBY AND DINNING AREA WAS ALWAYS CLEAN AND ON POINT. THE YOUNG LADY THAT PROVIDED MY ROOM SERVICES WAS VERY GOOD AT DOING HER JOB AND ALWAYS LEFT MY ROOM IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.
The staff was very helpful. Armanda went out of his way to make sure my fathers disability needs were met. We were very thankful for him helping us. He made our transition from a previous hotel who did not meet our disability needs when they said they would to Real Inn very easy.
I stayed for a week Breakfast was amazing dinner would venture out instead the proximity to the American Consulado was 3min walking distance and medical exam was 1 min walk finger printing 6 min walking the mall is 5min walk and cervecería 19 is must visit across the street from the mall
Excellent location. Convenience store right outside the hotel, restaurants, shopping mall, barbershops, movie theater, U.S. Embassy and Consulate at walking distance around the corner. As well, as the biometrics office and medical clinics. Food is delicious. Both breakfast and dinner. Staff was outstandingly friendly. Of all luxury hotels I’ve ever stayed at, the staff are what makes this hotel wonderful. Makes you feel right at home. Extremely lovely people. I’m afraid I’ll never find that kind of customer service anywhere else ever again.
Buffet were delicious, good flavors and variety of choices, dinner from menu healthy and delicious, service attention excellent and polite, I liked the location so quiet end staff were great.
Only stayed one night however the property is very pretty and modern. Dinner and drinks were good, with friendly staff. Our view was great, right in front of the pool. Beds were extremely comfortable.
The location is perfect for our needs. The room was very nice, quiet and plenty of hot water. We had dinner in the restaurant the evening we arrived. The meal was excellent and the service very good.
i liked the location for what i was there for. There was a really good restaurant that served breakfast lunch and dinner inside the hotel; you could do a buffet or ala carte. the staff/waiters were very very nice. something that was very nice was that they had security outside monitoring who went in and out.
