Comfortable rooms, modern facilities, nice pool and very nice restaurant. We had a lovely dinner thanks to the hospitality of Madhurima, thank you! We will come back again.
Worst staff. Both reception and restaurant staff. That too restaurant staff Mohamd or someone who is manger for restaurant he didn’t agree give me two spoons to room. All staff came from street and no one knows what is hotel management or hospitality. Be aware of this hotel and don’t book without know inner truth of the hotel
Need to improve food quality in dinner...
Also in breakfast if watermelon juice can be added it would be great ..Cut fruit quality is not upto the mark.
The breakfast spread was great and tasty and the service was amazing with attention of the Chef himself.
The dinner buffet was also very nice with attention to diabetic people providing sugar free dessert.
The Hotel name is not displayed as Fabexpress and it is displayed as "Staysinn name". The AC is not performed good and I intimated the receptionist and he send a staff and cleaned. Then they changed the room for me and new AC cooling is too cool.
Food at morning is good and heat. Satisfied the food and it more enough.
Location is nearby railway station.
Small soaps, shampoo provided. Towel was taired and old one.
Overall receptionist was good.
Soft bed and blankets are good enough.

Very nice guest house, value for money. Manager Mr Kailash and two other staffs are very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Mr Kailash for helping me with everything (booking our train tickets to arrange auto for us).Definitely suggest people to visit,especially for Apollo hospital.
The guest house was the Turkish Consulate during Ottoman times and has lovely inner courtyards that make it a very peaceful oasis to stay in busy Chennai. The staff were helpful and friendly and it was great value for money. It was not at all damp in my room and very cool in December with just the fan on.
