The familiy is lovely, very friendly. Very good price and really value for the money. Having a fridge in the room is an extra. There was a kitchen were we prepared our breakfast.

Great location, just a few metres off the beach. Breakfast is served at the beach and you can use the sun loungers all day. Staff is very friendly and helps organising trips, with laundry etc. The aircon in the room was the best I had in a long time - powerful but still very quiet.

I didn't get to stay at Welly bungalow , i am older and was struggling with sleeping, the owner very kindly transferred me to a sister bungalow called Gihon , so my review is for Gihon. I would however like to say that the owner of Welly was really concerned I wasn't sleeping well as the next day he came up with some other options for which I was truly grateful. He is really interested in his guests welfare , thank you Bernard .

The room was very nicely done and comfortable. Showers were clean and were located downstairs just below our room. Breakfast was very tasty! You just need to ask about it as it's in a restaurant about 5 min walk from the hotel. Also better agree on the time for breakfast if you're leaving the island in the morning.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.

A little paradise close to the sea and nice restaurants. Everything was excellent: the beds, the breakfast, the swimming pool, the friendly owners and their kind employees. The owners can tell you a lot about the area, tours or the best places for having dinner. Everything you need is present for a comfortable stay.
The room was big with a nice terrace area outside to relax, as well as a lovely pool area. The hosting was excellent and I loved the cooking class - they even plated up the leftovers to have for dinner!
The resort is nice and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are a good size (we stayed in a garden chalet), but could do with some refurbishing, and not having sockets near the bed wasn't ideal. The gardens on the property are immaculate and very well kept. Breakfast offered a lot of different choices and food in general wasn't bad at all. We ate dinner at the resort restaurant every night and we enjoyed most dishes (the buffet was particularly tasty).
Really liked this place!! All the facilities were lovely and the staff very helpful. It’s located very close to the beach and a nice temple. Highly recommend to try the food at the hotel restaurant, was my favorite for dinner and lunch!
The hotel was amazing, the suite was beautiful with a sea view, clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good, all breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff was super friendly and very helpful, special thanks to Dini, Windri, Puttra and Komang. We loved our honeymoon there.

Property is not very large therefore you feel truly as a guest, there is no hassle for sunbed, dinner table etc
Regular room is clean with couch in balcony and a very high ceiling.
Food and drinks were delicious with many options.
Tours are available to fill the days.
Sea and beach is clean(do not expect a turquoise sea as it is open water, it is more suitable for surfing still not so bad), would recommend taking tour to Gillis for snorkeling…
Beautiful room with fabulous view of ocean and sunset. Huge bathroom and nice toiletries. Tea making facilities and fridge in room. Good wardrobe and large writing desk/sideboard.
Buffet breakfast was good, though not great. Dining staff very kind, courteous and helpful and prompt service. Food quite good and lovely dinner at Kliff restaurant (though husband got sick afterwards, see below).
Gorgeous sunsets and great cocktails at dinner. Great pool with the prettiest frangpani trees of all colors falling into the water. So beautiful. Super helpful and kind staff. Private driver service for shopping in town was so thoughtful. Spa services are gorgeous. Our room was beach or sea view and it was amazing hearing the waves. Rooms are gorgeous huge bathroom outdoor bath.
We had a fabulous time here! The breakfast was great especially recommend the omelette and the menu for dinner was extensive - we never had a bad meal. We loved all the staff , so helpful and friendly whatever time of day. The very best thing is that Alberto with help from his team and contacts will fix fabulous days out exploring Lombok at exceptionally reasonable prices. We loved all our trips, ably driven by Addi.
