The rooms are very new, with A/C and very comfortable mattress and pillow! I loved that the villas are located in balinese traditional space, with the swimming pool and small gazebo for meditation or yoga as you wish. It is all very traditional, but the rooms are modern, so you can relax and feel like at home.

Loved the place. Incidentally, we were the only ones on the property and had it all for ourselves. The room are lavishly built. The kitchen is ideal for cooking with all necessary utensils. Susan our caretaker is the star. The pool is accessible all day/night which is such a bonus.
It’s even more ideal if you have a bike as the supermarkets, laundry and restaurants are 15-20 mins by walk. It feels longer in the sun 😀. If you are coming with a family of 4 or more they even have a family suite. I would highly recommend this property for anyone who wants to stay in this part of Bali away from all the hustle.

This is a great place to stay. The room was lovely. We were in a pool villa and it was divine. The pool was small but deep and very clean and we loved taking a dip after our hot outings. We ate breakfast locally and this is easy as practically everywhere nearby has yummy food. The restaurant out front is fine too. There are so many things in walking distance - the Monkey Forest, Yoga Barn, art, massage, the market and temple. The staff are exceptional. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is quite calm even if its near the center. The room is spacious with a balcony.I was only here for the night and my accomodation included breakfast. But since I need to leave early to watch the sunset, they agreed to convert my breakfast to dinner (which unfortunately I was not able to finish as I was so tired. Sorry about this). Also, just left my room key at the reception as there was no staff yet when I left early in the morning.

1st-off - DESWA is not an Inn - it is 2 rooms within the Warsa Bungalows Development which has got really bad reviews here on booking.com. I only found out when I was checking in. The owner was as smart as to take 2 renovated rooms out of the equation and name them after his daughter .
2. I cannot understand the great reviews for I cannot find many positive features about the room.
If you call your place an "Inn" it should somehow have something in common with an Inn. Staff was mostly grumpy, not visible or busy with watching videos.
One positive thing is the pool. It is of decent size and the water is clean.
Read the reviews of Warsa Garden Bungalows to get the right picture.

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Pool and courtyard in 2 bedroom suite -good size, calm and enjoyable environment. Air cons. Very friendly and kind staff- awesome customer service. Made us feel very welcome. Breakfast buffet was very yummy- loved the egg station. Massage at the onsite wellness centre was amazing. Gardens were beautiful, security were super friendly. Main pool was lovely too. BBQ dinner was yummy.

The best ever, it is near to every beach ( 10 minutes by moto ) the owner are very freindly and very polite , you Can rent a 🏍️ from the guest house . WE highly recommend this place .

We loved our stay at Chandra. The staff were amazing and always happy to help - breakfast each morning was amazing, as was the massage, dinner and drinks! The villas themselves are good, although they could do with renovation as they are a bit tired and some areas very worn.
The location was excellent. The villa was private and had sun on the pool for 4+ hours each day - in previous stays at other villas this is often not the case. We decided to look locally for the things we needed and discovered everything was on our doorstep - massages, breakfast, lunch, dinner, taxis and mini marts. The beach is a 10 minute walk or approx 15k in a Bluebird Taxi while the main supermarket was also a 10 minute walk. We came to escape the cold, thaw out and relax. We got what we came for and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
The pool, kitchen and dining areas were fantastic. The beds were comfortable too. The rooms and bathrooms were big. We we're greeted by Sophia who was lovely and provided recommendations for dinner and the welcome snacks were a nice touch too.
The breakfast was good. I also had dinner at the restaurant this was also very good.
The staff especially were all very helpful and friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend grandma’s.
I was initially nervous about travelling alone but I had a great experience.
