Restaurant was exceptional. Staff very friendly., super effective. We ate there every night. Don't bother going to the resorts for dinner.
Free bicycles are an absolute plus.

Location fantastic , beachfront. Great walking /running / bike track . Lots of restaurants within walking distance . Dinner out the front of puri was beautiful
The hotel was nice and clean, the room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The coffee machine broke many times, but the staff brought a cup of cappuccino. In addition to the regular menu, a different thematic (Bali, Mexican, BBQ, etc.) buffet dinner was also available every day.
The pool was very nice and good temperature.
Staff respondse direct and friendly to requests and requests were usually fulfilled. We asked if we could borrow a hair dryer, which was provided.
Extra towels, no problem.
Broken items were fixed on the spot.
Staff assistsed in arranging for motorcycle.
A payable laundry service is available with usually only a 1 day turn around time.
You can if you want have breakfast, lunch or dinner at the villa and on request they will prepare that for you.
Excellent location with beautiful gardens and 2 pools, one with a swim up bar. Lovely section on the beach for drinks and dinner. Lots a sunbeds around pool plus on the beach. Beach wing room was spacious with a large walk in shower.
This property exceeded our expectations. Location was what we wanted - easy walking distance to beach and access to a variety of shops and supermarkets. Room was very clean and large. Although the view was facing the fence, there was a lot of greenery and it didn't bother us at all. It was very quiet (it seems everybody was aware that the doors easily slammed). Breakfast was fine and so was the food we ordered for lunch/dinner. Excellent value for money. Would stay here again
The amazing breakfast and helpful staff, the comfortable bed and quiet room. The location was perfect for us. We flew in early afternoon, went to Uluwatu, had dinner, and then went to this amazing hotel, ready for our drive to Padang Bai to travel to the Gilis the next morning. The breakfast was just incredible. There was a wide range of fresh food that cayered for different tastes and dietary requirements. So good. Thank you, Prime Plaza team.
We originally stayed here for a night before getting the ferry and ended up returning before flying out of Bali as we loved our time here. The guest house was lovely, the rooms are beautifully and newly furnished and are really clean with a great shower!
We had breakfast, lunch and dinner here over the few days we stayed and the food is all really tasty and reasonably priced.
Our favourite part was the family that run it, they are all so kind and you feel at home staying there. We'd highly recommend a stay.
