The bungalow is comfortable and the facilities of the hotel are beautiful. All the details, the doors, statues, plants, are cute. The little pool is a perfect place for a lovely sunset with the volcano view. The breakfast was very nice. The staff don’t speak much English but are very kind and helpful, google translator always helped!! We stayed for nearly one week and had an amazing time using all the spaces in the facility.

When a place surpasses expectations it is a real joy! The view in morning of beautiful hills and the lake lapping up nearby was bliss. And gentle spoken Ketut the owner and our host was a delight. Just next door is a lakeside floating cafe which nestles among lush lake reeds. The icing on the cake - all not to be missed!

The views from the room and the restaurant and outdoor seating up stairs were great, as one could see both Mt Batur and Lake Batur in those views. The quality of food in the restuarant was exceptional. We had dinner and then breakfast next morning and the chef was cooking up very flavourful food

The view of Mount Batur and Batur lake was panoramic. The villa surroundings were quiet with lots of sparrows and other birds. We loved the nature! The proprietor / manager, Mr Mowgli, also arranged for a trek to Mount Batur in the early morning. We also enjoyed dinner.

The staff was very kind and lovely. The service of the dinner was great not only the food was so yummy but also they offered having it with a fire next to the swimming pool. The villa with 2 rooms and a private swimming pool was great. The location is perfect if you are thinking of doing the trekking to Mount Batur. I would definitely recommend this accomodation

the hotel itself is really nice. but the location is a bit in the middle of nowhere, so in the evening if you want to go to restaurant it's very hard to get a taxi. hotel restaurant close around 8pm or 8:30 already. so you might want to have a better planning for your dinnner options.

The both young ladies who were responsible for the service made their best to provide me with everything I needed during my stay. The room, the area and the pool were always clean and looked cozy. I was provided with breakfast and could order dinner for me and my friends who came to visit. The bed was harder than usual in hotel, which I loved! Big shower, clean liniens and towels, kettle, coffee and tea in the room. It was all in all a great stay in this family led villa.

I liked that they gave the dinner that we didn’t want (we ate outside) to local people. And the service was great. Pick up, arranging ATV tour, scooter and taxi. The view of the place was so nice.
