    Julians is a low end guest house in Georgetown. This sounds bad, but you have to know that in Guyana you either go all in and hit the high end or you stick to the cheapos and then get the low end. The country has an inflation problem that blows up prices and no tourist industry, so choices are limited. With this background, Julians was OK. It is located in the middle of all sights (Botanical Garden, National Park, Center), has a bar, and you can find some food and supermarkets around. Julian can explain everything to you, he is a nice guy.

    The Hotel Princess Raven as seen on Google Maps and on TripAdvisor but PG Quality Inn on Booking.com has great Wifi, a helpful staff that is kind and willing to support you on any of your travel needs and that's where the positive remarks end.

    You can't bear the value of the El Dorado Inn! The facilities are clean and well kept, with wonderful staff. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The AC in the room was adequate but did not get as cool as the rooms at Cara Lodge across the street. The location is fantastic.

    The owner is very nice person. I arrived at this inn 4:00am, because my flight arrived at the airport 2:30am. Then, the owner waited for me in front of the inn at 4:00am. I was very impressed. This is one of the most reasonable accommodations in Georgetown. Highly recommended inn for single traveler.

    1. Friendly staff offered exceptional service 2. It's location is walking distance from shopping on Regent Street and other attractions in the city. A taxi service was also available 50m away. The Guinness Restaurant & Bar next door served sumptuous lunches and played great Caribbean music which you can hear from your hotel room. 3. The breakfast was very tasty and delivered to your room in take away containers. I especially loved the fry bakes. The quality was exceptional.
