Four Seasons of Bliss at Sohora Hotel, inn in Rethymno Town

The inn will provide guests with air-conditioned rooms with a wardrobe, a kettle, a fridge, a safety deposit box, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower. At Four Seasons of Bliss at Sohora Hotel the rooms have bed linen and towels.

We stayed in the Spring room, which had its own private balcony overlooking the courtyard. It was very close (a couple hundred meters) from the Venetian Fortezza and the seafront, which was very convenient and beautiful. The hotel is located in the old town, where no cars drive in the narrow streets - which makes it perfect for wandering around and looking through all the souvenir and clothing shops, super markets and cafe's and restaurants. We will definitely be back, and will definitely book in at Sohora Hotel. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to accomodate our requests and assist us with arranging transport. Our best stay in Crete!

    We liked the location on the main strip of the sea. It took us some time to walk to old town but there were tavernas and shops all along the way. The hotel looked nice with its twists and turns for walkways to get to the rooms. The room was smaller but the balcony was great looking out to the courtyard.

    We had the most amazing stay at Grande Madonna! If you’re looking for a modern, luxury, central situated appartment (in the middle of the old part of Rethymnon) : this place has everything you need. Also the hosts were very kind to us from the very beginning!

    We loved being on the seafront. The view was excellent. Dark rooms. We kept our toddler on UK time so we could go out later for dinner and it worked perfectly. The hosts were lovely and kind to us and our daughter. The nearby restaurants and souvlaki place were great. 15/20 min walk to the old town but a bit further to the main beach promenade. No issue for us as the best restaurants are in the old town.

    The hotel was lovely,clean,modern with a nice buffet breakfast and dinner available. The staff were kind and helpful.We had a room at the back and no outlook,but the front rooms had views. It was an easy walk to the old town and the Fortrezza.

    Nice quiet place few minutes away from a beach that’s never been crowded. The apartments were clean and comfortable, beautiful garden around and the hosts are really good people. Overall its a good balance between being away from a city noises, but also not too far from it in case you need it. 2 tavernas are 5 minute by foot, and a lot of them 15 minutes away. So you can left car at apartments and go out for dinner.

    Very good equipped house inside the old town of Rethymnon. Nearby a public parking which is round about 300m away from the house. The beginning of shops, taverns, bars etc. is max 100m from Daria's and is nevertheless very quitly.

    The apartment is very clean and cosy. It has just enough room for a couple and also a great balcony with a seaview where you can have some drinks or even dinner . But what we liked most is that it is right on the beach and 10 min walk to the port . And because it is on second line it far more quiet than those on the first line , far from the traffic , far from the noisy tavernas but the seaview is still wonderful! The host Andreas is very kind , answers immediately and try to make the stay most pleasant !

    The room was nice, huge comfortable bed, high ceiling, we got also a baby crib in the room for our kid. The staff is very kind and helpful, received good recommendations for breakfast and dinner places. The location is amazing! Didn't experience any problems with the noise (as mentioned in other reviews), but probably it's just too early in the season and not many tourists, not all tavernas are open. There is really hot water on a sunny day :D

    The room was spacious and in a quiet spot as requested, the staff was really warm, professional and helpful, assisting us with whatever was needed and gave good tips around the city. Prepare to have QR reader in your phone for the check-in (filling your info) and for the full menu at the restaurant. The breakfast and dinner were really good with huge variety of food and choices. The beach itself is just a block away from the hotel, including all the tavernas, restaurants and cafeterias by the sidewalk.

    The room was spacious and comfortable (special note for the mattress which was not fluffy or too hard, it was just right) , cleaning is done daily, the host was very nice and helpful (arranged our transfer from airport to Vesperi). Close to location you can find: a mini market, very good taverns for breakfast and dinner, beach-bars.
