My stay at this hotel was delightful! The atmosphere was peaceful and tranquil. The manager, Kostas, was incredibly warm and kind. He offered me the breakfast for example although it was not included. If I return to Mitilini, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. I recommend it!! It is close to the center, to the beaches/restaurants/bars/bakery/cafés, etc. It is located in a quiet street. The balcony was a plus for the sunny days!

    It was in a very quiet location and a three minute walk to the beach. The taverna was covered in grape vines and had a lovely atmosphere. There were some lovely flowers around the property and the views were amazing.

    Lovely village setting in Panagiouda; apartment very well designed, equipped and decorated with taste, also has an almost private small garden (Akti apartment). The village is very clean, calm, quiet and has a cute small limani with excellent cafes and tavernas!

    Staff was very helpfull. We did not included breakfast but they left a few things (tea, jellys, buscuit) for the morning. Location was also perfect. Not noisy and very close to bars and tavernas. No parking spot. But almost all the hotels around does not have parking spot so it did not bothered us.

    Very clean and tidy room. The balcony is very big and kitchen is well organized, it has everything. Location is close to the city center, 10 min walking to the port. Very nice tavern and some close beaches nearby.

    Pefka rooms was excellent for our stay after an early flight. We were made to feel very welcome, the room was very clean with plenty of space and a lovely outside seating area. The location was great as it is near to the beach and a short walk to a supermarket and taverna, so for us it was a relaxing place to stay. I look forward very much to staying at Pefka rooms in the future.

    Fabulous location 20 meters from the sea with access to your very own private beach. I swam everyay! Charming rustic property with everything you need. Great wifi lots of hot water and air conditioning. Very secure. Free parking. It also comes with a friendly cat who pops in from time to time to say hello!

    The owners Yannis and Dimitris are extremely friendly and helpful. They did everything to make us comfortable. The kitchen is very good enough to make breakfast o simple dinner . There is a market 100 meters away. If it's a problem for you, it's a 20-25 minute walk from the city center, and 30-35 minute walk from Tsamakia beach but it's very convenient when you look at it in terms of price/benefit.     The view was amazing. The location was perfect. The staff were fine. The room, especially the balcony was very good too. Being a bit old, the hotel smelled a bit old as well but it's no big deal to be frank. The dinner is served at a nearby restaurant by a young dynamic team of waiters, the food was above avarage but the Special Pasta, now that was a delight you should definitely try out.

    The location, cleanliness, comfort and convenience of the house was magnificent. The host Deppy was very involved. He helped us with his recommendations from the beaches we would go to on the island to the taverns where we would eat. I strongly recommend.
