Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
We had such a brilliant stay at Petra Thea Villa. The owner came and met us on arrival to show us around and had even filled the fridge with food for our stay - it was really an exceptional holiday. The local tavernas were really excellent and the views were beautiful. Overall we loved our stay and hope to come back again.
Loved the village of Karitaina, the stone houses, the castle and the cafes and tavernas.
The hostess of Guesthouse Vrenthi, Vicky, is the most charming lady!
We arrived with our bicycles after a long and hot day. We were received very warmly and got immediately something cold to drink. We were shown a safe place close to our room for our bikes. Dinner was prepared any time we wanted and breakfast was delicious.
