Gorgeous, uniquely decorated house and garden in peaceful neighbourhood, a really special atmosphere. Nino and Gocha were extremely welcoming and made us feel at home immediately, very chilled and great sense of humour. They arranged a visit for us to the local sites and wineries (Gvardelashvili), and we were lucky enough to coincide with a family bbq, it was idyllic, a highlight of our trip in Georgia.

New born fresh hotel with creative design, welcoming staff are professional and helpful , good service with hospitality, picturesque view of snow mountain and green nature, well facilitated room never disappointed the basic needs, relaxing swimming pool level up our vacation. Breakfast was good , cheerful dinner in restaurant credit goes to creative chef and manager.

We had a truly wonderful experience! The host and her entire family were so incredibly kind and willing to help us with everything. The rooms were spacious and clean and even had a small balcony! We had breakfast twice and dinner once which were all delicious and extensive. We booked an excursion through the guesthouse, which was very conventient too. All in all we had a really wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

We stayed in the large one bedroom apartment for just one night. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of 3. We had a plentiful, relaxed breakfast served in the beautiful garden. Zaal was welcoming and kind. He gave us a nice bottle of his wine and some chacha for the road. I’d recommend this guest house.

Fantastic restaurant and really characterful, attractive and ‘cool’ property. Lovely pool area. Amazing location - central but quiet street (which was really pretty). Dinner was delicious and the staff at dinner were really friendly and helpful.

The stay here was great. Rest, staff care and beautiful locations. I would probably like a slightly more varied menu for lunch and dinner. Otherwise, everything was just great. Special thanks to the restaurant staff, they were very attentive and the reception staff.

We stayed in the spacious 19th century building with all the necessary amenities available. It has a beautiful inner garden, a great place for bbq or picnic. The host, Alex was available 24 hrs.

Staying in Lilia's guest house everytime I'm going back to Telavi is a no brainer ! Lilia is such a warm and kind host, her breakfast are delicious, the room are quite big and the little garden is amazing ! If you also have the chance to try the wine of the house, you should :)

The location is excellent but they could help us to better finding the place. You will definitely forget the navigation issues when noticing to be around nature and having a pleasant view of mountains and winery. The kitchen is definitely worth, since they prepared all local dishes with quality, even for a late night dinner.

The place is nice & rustic, there's a big table & a cozy kitchen. The location is great too, close to everything in Telavi. The host Khatuna helped us with everything. Recommend this place.
