The staff were very friendly
Dinner dissappointing one of the nights. Fish over cooked, reported to the staff - no further response
Room lighting far too dim - needs at least one bright light

Full English breakfast was v good. Perhaps wider choice of breakfast would be good. Poor coffee. Tea pot would be better than thermos of hot water. Waitress table service could be better. Bed was comfortable. Every morning noisy beer kegs being wheeled over cobbles outside room 10. No view. The overall look of the hotel in the corridors, etc is quite shabby and tired. Carpets threadbare. Chipped paint throughout. Parking was v good. Attractive garden. Great location. With more attention to detail this could be a stunning place to stay. Presently it benefits from no other central Thame accommodation. V friendly and cheery staff.

The room was spotless. Beds were very comfortable and the fruit and breakfast bread was a nice little touch. The Thai food in the pub was exceptional probably the best I’ve ever had.
