The old tavern part of the Inn is full of charm. A lot of locals come there to eat and have a pint, which says a lot!!!! Food was fantastic. Large portions of home cooked meals. We stayed in the auxiliary - motel style part at the back/side of the Old Inn. Room was very spacious with good bedding Pricey for what you get, but the location is great and there is not a lot of accommodation right in Tintagel

The whole experience was wonderful! We stayed in the family garden suite and It was so lovely, giving you that private feeling but with the facilities of breakfast and a lovely restaurant. I was expecting a nice but small room, inside the historic inn however it was spacious and private, set to the back of the building with so many thoughtful touches. The staff were relaxed, friendly and very welcoming nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend. If I visit the area again it would be my first stop!
