I had a question regarding parking at the hotel and spoke to Alan prior to my arrival. He was excellent and a great help. He recommended a local taxi company that would pick me up at the airport and therefore I wouldn't need a hire car and car parking facility. When I checked in at about 9.15pm, I was met by a wonderful woman who was polite, courteous and did everything with a smile. She took time to explain everything and was also able to make suggestions about where I might be able to get something to eat as I'd arrived too late for their restaurant. Overall, my experience with both of the staff was brilliant.

Gary the owner was so helpful and everything there for a safe overnight stay. Wonderful ambiance close to Thames Hampton Court and Bushy Park within walking and views well as Ravens Air mid River island of note. Really in Surbiton on edge of Kingston rather than Long Ditton. I walked from Surbiton Station so if a 77 year old can do it, anyone can. I'd stay there again for it's friendliness , value and uniqueness Regards Ian Morrison Melbourne Town Crier Oh Ye

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Room was very comfortable with tea and coffee making and good shower.
Dinner was very good as was breakfast with a good choice. Bread could be better as it was a little dry.
Lovely place to stay. Nice quirky, stylish rooms, great bathrooms and hot, powerful shower. Had dinner and breakfast. Nice food, varied menu. Lovely to sit and look out at the river. Manager was lovely. A nice easy stay and would definitely go back.
Beautiful rooms, with lots of “little things” that made our stay very enjoyable, also good good coffee in the room
Dinner in the restaurant was fantastic
The entire stay was very good from beginning to end. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location. Quiet, clean, comfortable room. Free parking, and good value for money. Hope to stay at The Boleyn again.
The staff were plesant and really helpful. The staff talked through different options for my dinner and breakfast. I had a lovely stay. The room was lovely too.
I would go back ti stay there.
Everyone was extremely nice. It was great to sit by the Thames drinking a traditional English IPA. The dinner menu looks great--I am going to be in London for a few hours again soon, and if I can possibly fit it in, I'm going down for dinner and to say hi. Although I put N/A for the breakfast, that's because I wasn't hungry enough to go down. The breakfast was definitely available.
Room itself was very cozy. Comfortable bed. Warm friendly staff. waterfront room given upon request which was great. Coffee machine and assorted tea, coffee and chocolate was really nice. I had egg benedict for breakfast which was very tasty. we had dinner at the restaurant the first night. it was simple but tasty but slightly overpriced I would say. High street with restaurants and shopping centre is only 10 to 15 min walk.
Lovely location and views from restaurant and room. Food was great for breakfast and dinner, went for an anniversary break. Menu for dinner was limited, but understandably was quality not quantity. Friendly staff on checking in, and checking on parking situation. Room was comfy and modern touches and nice coffee and tea in room.
