Plough Inn, hotel in Sedbergh

Situated in Lupton, 26 km from Trough of Bowland, Plough Inn features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar.

Close to Kirky Lonsdale and our route north on the M6. Fantastic value for such a high quality stopover. Large room with a separate lounge area, beautiful fixtures and fittings. Its a 5star AA Inn and that shows in the quality of the Inn and indeed the staff who were all very friendly, engaging and professional. We booked dinner which was excellent and a varied freshly cooked breakfast which was also excellent. We would highly recommend.

all v nicely set up, small room but totally functional. Good tea and coffee facilities in the room (ground coffee and cafetiere). Convenient parking right behind the hotel. We also had dinner in the restaurant - excellent! Great pigs in the yard!!! (no joke - they're in an eenclosure right behind the beer garden area. don't worry, no smells at all, just friendly huge pigs).

Lovely flat right on the main street. Very stylishly decorated - we particularly liked the bathroom which had a very good shower. Comfortable beds, including the sofa bed. Great communication. Everything we needed for a one night stay. We had dinner from the chip shop round the corner which was very good.
