All the food was superb. We ate breakfast on two days and dined there on one evening. Staff were very friendly and it is a beautiful location, especially the beer garden with the views.

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
The breakfast was nice and dinner were very nice, quite large portions. The desserts were also very nice, however could have done with more crackers with the cheeses.

As the Ham and Cheese is also a pub it was very pleasant in the lounge bar and very welcoming with helpful staff.
Lovely country pub in a peaceful location. Log fires in the bar and dining room. Great food. Plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner. Beds comfortable. Staff were excellent.
The food was fabulous breakfast first class , cooked perfectly. Ate in the dinning room each night. Again good excellent , portion’s excellent and very reasonably priced
