Very clean, the bed was very comfortable 😌 best night sleep i have had in ages. Staff were all lovely. They put rose petals and candle lit dinner for our honeymoon meal. They definitely look after you and always there to help.

The properties adjoining restaurant was very good and for both nights we ate there was fully booked so booking beforehand is essential. The staff were all good but in particular Caron the manager was very helpful and informative and Tom who served breakfast was really pleasant and attentive. The property was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The situation is also in a quieter area away from the main road and although it is next door to a pub ( the Ship Inn) there was never a problem with any noise.

    - incredibly nice and polite staff! - the spa bathrooms are really nice after long days out - very cosy rooms - the problem with only limited table /kitchen capacity for dinner and breakfast (criticised by other customers) is well adressed by emails before arrival and staff is very helpful to arrange for food

Room was very comfortable - bathroom supplies were top notch! We had been advised by the hotel to book if we required dinner and I am delighted that we did. I can see why it is a popular restaurant - our meal was delicious.

Everything!!! From the moment we arrived the staff at the check in area for self catering and then the staff up at the hall were so welcoming and lovely. We had dinner both nights of our stay in the hall and OMG I've never tasted food like it. It was divine. I will most definitely be back. This place is a beautiful gem 💎 ✨️
