The Jolly Drover was a lovely and - for its low price - outstanding hotel. The room we stayed in was in a separate (new) building next to the historic (but renovated and in good shape), original house. It was clean, comfortable and completely silent during nighttime. The pub / restaurant in the ground floor of the historic building features a lovely fireplace and a nice, clean, cosy and well decorated dining area. The food was remarkable and well above everything we had expected and also the english breakfast we had was delicious and served with outstanding friendliness. Overall, I think it is fair to say, I have not stayed in any nicer place anywhere in the UK so far. Thumbs up and thanks for the very pleasant time we had there!

Lovely stay at the Flying Bull, very friendly staff & great food. But it was my room that I thought to be exceptional, very, very clean & this just added to a great experience at the Flying Bull.
