Absolutely fantastic stay. The room was exceptional, staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Food amazing. No breakfast provided on the day we stayed which we knew about but muffins and yoghurt in room which was an added extra. Highly recommend.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with underfloor heating and a lovely bath tub. The location is spot on, with beautiful views and very peaceful.
We had an evening meal which was absolutely fantastic! Nice bar area with a cosy fire and a decent selection of drinks.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Staff very friendly & can’t fault the or the dinner which was lovely, but breakfast was terrible!
Only orange juice ( no other juices, no alternative to cows milk. Fruit was peaches from a tin. Eggs Benedict was very poor, with a cheap packet ham & overcooked pouched egg & little sauce! No pastries or alternatives to eggs etc.
Room needed attention. Toilet wouldn’t flush & door jammed.
Hosts were very friendly and hospitable. Good location - the free parking at the back of the guest house was already taken so ended up in the car park opposite, which we could use free of charge until the morning. Was given a flask with fresh milk for tea/coffee. Generous full English breakfast freshly cooked - good quality ingredients, the orange juice was very sweet, and the coffee came in a mug (instant not from bean) so just the one cup!
Very warm welcome. Not overdone either.
The breakfast was a bit excessive but very good.
Very good well powered shower
Decent sized towels.
The guest house is well situated, omn the high street.
Bed was large and comfy, room was spacious, owners were friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious lots of choice. Location of guest house was close to all amenities and countryside for lovely walks.
Excellent choices, cooking & pleasant service at breakfast & dinner (sadly no evening meals Sun Mon Tues)
Quiet location in middle of town. Next door to Willow Restaurant for breakfasts & dinner.
Appreciated thoughtful provisions for hot& cold drinks plus biscuits & chocolates.
Plenty of brilliant white towels & toiletries.
