Very lovely rooms, excellent breakfast choices and a good pub menu for dinner with lovely specials (I can particularly recommend their mussels if they have them on the specials board!), very friendly staff (& owners, though not sure who were the owners, they didn't make themselves known to us as such, but presumably were on site). The location is lovely in the middle of the village of Lostwithiel and there is plenty of parking available on a first-come first-served basis (we never had an issue, though the pub does fill up in the evenings, which is actually lovely).
Situated less than 1 km from Readymoney Cove Beach, The Safe Harbour Hotel offers 3-star accommodation in Fowey and has a restaurant, a bar and water sports facilities.

easy to find..they were expecting us..all was OK for a one night stop over
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Our family had a wonderful stay at the Britannia Inn hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The kids didn't want to leave :)
The room was clean and comfortable and perfect for the four of us.
We would definitely recommend it to other families.
It is only a short walk to the beach, and right on the doorstep is a brilliant little takeaway, Co-op and Spar. It has a microwave and fridge so we decided to stay in for dinner with a kebab!
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, information about meal times, booking a meal in the restuarant was very handy to have in your room. This was our second time we stayed at the Britannia Inn because we thoroughly enjoyed our first stay. I'd DEFINETLY recommend the Britannia Inn to any one looking for a place stay in St Austell.
When we finally arrived, soaking wet from a day on coastal path, the receptionist was delightful and extremely helpful, Our room was superb and again the staff went above and beyond when we all thought the other had made a dinner reservation when none of us actually had. They found a table for us in what was a busy dining room. We all really enjoyed our meals.
Would really recommend this place.
Gorgeously decorated, generous sized cabin run by lovely people.
The on site store was fab too (the pizza was delicious!!).
We got lost walking to the beach but it was an adventure, and Crinnis beach was fabulous!
The dinner was good, it ticked all the boxes. The guest room could be a bit nicer and with smaller tables. Breakfast that was included was brilliant.
Our bedroom was spacious, very clean with all amenities. Very clean and functional bathroom.
Lovely, huge room and bathroom. All spotlessly clean. Superb breakfast. Dinner very good - pub-style menu with generous portions. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking.
Excellent location for the Eden Project.
Loved our stay at Eden project. The landpod we stayed in was lovely, clean and bigger than we expected. Clean bedding provided and it was set with enough room from others to give your own little space. Fire pit provided. We ordered pizza for dinner which was lovely. We didn't have breakfast, we brought our own. The shared facilities, kitchen and toilet blocks where clean. Communal space was lovely with jenga and other games for the kids to play. Site was clean and tidy.
The overall stay was just amazing!
We had such a fantastic time at The Britannia Inn.
The room was super clean, the food was exceptional and the staff were so friendly and welcoming.
We would highly recommend the inn for a stay.
It is also really close to the beach and Eden project which made our stay even more relaxing!
