First of all, as you approach the Inn, you are instantly wowed by the incredible setting and view - such a beautiful and peaceful spot. All of the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was spacious, and very clean and comfortable. We ate dinner and breakfast there, and all meals were delicious - especially the hand cut chips and onion rings! We are looking forward to staying there again soon 😀

This is a beautiful inn with great views, set in a very quiet countryside location. Food was really good - dinner on Friday night was very enjoyable, and breakfast on Saturday morning was absolutely excellent (not to mention with horses outside the windows to add to the view!). The room was lovely, clean and comfortable, and the whole place is so atmospheric. I love all things medieval in any case, so a stay in a fifteenth-century building was a huge plus for me. Everyone was very friendly too, including the other guests.

We found ourselves with nowhere to stay at 7.30pm on a Saturday evening having been let down by other booked accomodation. The Harp Inn came to the rescue with a fantastic meal and superb rooms all at a very reasonable price. The staff went way beyond what could reasonably be expected. What lovely people.
