The hotel was in a lovely village, gorgeous hanging baskets and flowers all around the inn. Plenty of parking. The food in the restaurant was very good, large portions, well presented and very tasty. Not too expensive either!

The hotel itself is based in the most perfect location with amazing views over the water from its own garden. The drinks, breakfast, lunch and dinner menu's cannot be faulted. We had all three meals as well as a day full of snacks and drinks in the garden to celebrate our wedding day and it was beautiful. The staff are also friendly and helpful. We will be back here again

Room - great view over Rutland Water - excellent bed and decor. Shower bright and modern but slightly slippery - probably needs rail support and maybe a matt to solve this problem.. Good Breakfast - freshly cooked. Excellent Dinner in a busy lively Restaurant.

Our twin bedded room was lovely, and very clean, the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. My daughter and I took dinner in the hotel and it was amazing, the best meal I have had for some time!! Thank you.
