Would have quite liked to have been actually welcomed on our arrival but we were largely ignored for the first 5 minutes.

The portion of the breakfast was very little. Typical English breakfast. Nothing special.

Food was excellent and the chef accommodated something for me that was not on the menu. Breakfast was superb too.

The choice for vegetarians was fantastic. Compliments to the chefs - the best cooked breakfast and evening meal that I’ve had for a long time, you could taste the skill and care of the chefs. The staff were friendly and efficient and very attentive. Room was very clean.

breakfast excellent! Bed very pleasant and firm. Stairs are somewhat tough gong but can't be helped as it's an old inn.

The location suited us and the price the hosts were very welcoming and the room was really big for the 3 of us ! Very quiet location ! Felt very at home !
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Very warm welcome, super nice room, all clean and nicely decorated, dinner and breakfast (the only so dar which offered yoghurt, fruits and homemade granola) was excellent
We stayed here for the grand prix weekend in July so was very overpriced but everywhere unfortunately was. The staff were very nice, the place was clean and we had dinner on one evening which was tasty.
Room was basic but all essentials required for a good stay. Was clean and tidy throughout. Hosts went above and beyond to make sure you felt welcome and comfortable throughout the stay. The bar area is where i ate dinner and it was superb, locals were also very nice and welcoming! Breakfast was fast and cooked well, piping hot.
Fantastic hotel especially if you like WW2 aviation or Art Deco. Everything was perfect, on par with say a premier inn just with more class. The only negative was that the doors were quite loud but I’m being really picky there. Will return again for sure. The museum is well worth a visit as the outside does not prepare you for the level of detail inside. All in all it’s a gem!
