    location excellent breakfast also excellent plenty of space to sit - although bar limited bed and bedding top class. well up there with premier inn comfort. SUITABLY IMPRESSED. Had a great nights sleep and was warmer than i thought i would have been tv good and clear plenty of tea and milk. good drawer space

    It was a charming apartment, ideally located in Llandudno. The apartment had everything you required to live comfortably, and we were made to feel welcome from the beginning. Communication from the owners was also great.

    The Interior was rustic yet modern with an excellent theme that was relevant to a guest house by the sea. The rooms were clean and fresh and the beds were extremely comfortable, hosts were approachable, friendly and attentive.

    Owners of guest house are friendly , take care of your needs , suggests you and many more . Rooms are cleaned each day , when you return from a tour and see your room clean , it looks amazing. Second point - Dinning Area is good accompained with TV , sitting arrangement , crockery . Can have your own drink and food in the dinning area with watching TV - feels like home :) Thanks Andrea & Mark.
